As the festive season approaches, we would like to make sure that you have all the information you need should you have any queries during our Christmas Closure period. Please note that our office will be closed from 5pm Friday, 19th of December 2025 and re-open at 8.30am on Monday, 05th January 2026 to allow our team a well deserved break over the holidays.

Property Management
Please note that generally all emails to our Property Management team will only be monitored intermittently and we will endeavour to respond to all of your queries upon our return in early January 2026. Key pick up and returns during the break will need to be organised with your Property Manager prior to Friday, 19th December 2025.

We ask you to please pre-assess your request with the below information to confirm you definitely require an after-hours call out. Minor electrician or plumbing call-outs can cost up to 4x the regular weekday rates, with the average call-out fee starting from $400 and then charged in 15-minute increments. If you are in a position to safely wait until after the break for us to assist you, please do so.
Emergency repairs include situations such as:
* Burst water service
* Gas leak
* Blocked or broken toilet
* Fault/damage likely to cause injury
* Serious roof leak
* Electrical shock/fault
If calling after hours, please leave a detailed message of the situation and refer to the Emergency contacts listed on your General Tenancy Agreement and the RTA Form 17a – Information Statement provided in the Tenancy Moving In Kit at the start of your Tenancy. Where emailing or logging maintenance via the portal, please provide photos to assist.

In regards to all regular maintenance, the fastest way for us to help you is to log any maintenance through the Console portal. If you haven’t already, we urge you to sign up to the Console portal as it will keep you updated on maintenance status and may answer other queries relating to your tenancy. We will attend to any regular maintenance requests raised during the break upon our return in early January 2026.
