Requesting Maintenance

If there is a problem at your rental property or a general maintenance issue, download a Maintenance Request Form and send it directly to your Property Manager by email.

In case of Emergency including such situations, we can recommend to you the following tradespeople:

WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY?

  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • a blocked or broken lavatory service
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the property
  • a failure or breakdown of an essential service or hot water, cooking or heating appliance
  • a fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
  • a fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience a resident of the property
  • a serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area or premises that unduly inconveniences a resident in gaining access to, or using, the property

All other repairs are considered to be routine and should be reported in writing to your Property Manager. If you do not know who your property manager is, please compete the form below and we will endeavour to get your maintenance request to your property manager as quickly as possible.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE – If any of these tradespeople are called out to a property and it is deemed by the tradesperson, to be the tenants fault. (ie. Foreign object blocking the toilet, switch board tripped etc) you the tenant will be responsible for the whole cost of the invoice.  Also, if it is deemed NOT an emergency and a tradesperson is called out to your property.
